Derek and his wife Emilie, along with their youngest daughter, Gracie, moved to Nantucket in November 2020. Derek planted two churches in his native Florida and pastored in NYC for ten years before joining Summer Street Church where he serves as Pastor. Derek is passionate about seeing people’s lives transformed by the person of Jesus and spends his time teaching about and leading people to live their lives in devotion to Christ.

Cory, Keyla, and Jael, native New Yorkers, moved to Nantucket in September 2022 where Cory serves Summer Street Church as Associate Pastor. Over the years Cory has served churches in many different roles including music director, youth leader, and lead pastor. He brings a wealth of experience and is passionate about seeing SSC fulfill its mission by helping our neighbors on Nantucket find home in a family devoted to following Jesus.
